This is a series of three talks on the topic of Religion and Spirituality.
“Many people have questions about whether Buddhism is a religion or a spiritual path. These two words, religion and spirituality, are extremely loaded. That is, they have multiple
meanings. People may think about religion and spirituality in different ways, so it can be regarded as a complex issue, but I aim in these three talks to make these considerations clearer and more
straightforward.”
